POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an individual with a background in IT to help drive and coordinate our business continuity efforts here at CU*Answers. This is a great opportunity for individuals experienced in the field of IT to utilize their skills while coordinating projects and assisting both external and internal CU*Answers Business Continuity lines of business.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with creating and maintaining documentation (relative to Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery).
Develop procedural guides, policies, templates, flowcharts, diagrams, reports, etc.
Assist in coordinating, planning and documenting rollover and recovery events.
Assist in fulfilling requests for documentation.
Assemble data gathered from staff, vendors, and clients and merge into DR/BC plan templates.
Assist in project coordination and management of client engagements.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings and conference calls.
Track and report on progress of multiple projects.
Follow-up on action items with staff, clients, vendors, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Good project management skills.
Strong business writing/publishing skills.
Ability to write clearly and professionally.
Familiar with MS-Office tools (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good oral communication and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with staff, clients, and vendors.
Familiar with basic computer information security is a plus, but not required.
