Responsibilities:
•Answer phones
•Document calls
•Direct and/or adjudicate claim-related inquiries
•High level of customer service
•Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
•High School Diploma
•Ability to between 9am and 11pm
•Customer Service Experience (in person or virtual)
•Computer Skills
•Have a dedicated work space free of distractions
•Pass required assessment
•Ability to hard-wire internet (no WIFI, equipment will be provided)
•Reside within MI, GA, WI, OH, IN, or TX
