We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to respond to customers in a professional manner and assure a steady completion of workload on time is key to success in this position. This position will serve in the DTE call center to handle customer call-ins and complaints for vegetation trimming calls and will be primarily in-office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Compile data, information, and call-in contacts and pass along to other customer service leads.
Respond to customers in a timely manner and either approve or decline the request.
Track and follow-up with line clearance crews in the completion of jobs.
Follow-up with customers on the service that was provided.
Assist current team on the client system with crew audits and work reviews.
Eventually be involved in making actual customer calls to discuss work to be completed.
Conduct field training for 2-3 weeks prior to stepping into the phone center.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Prior customer service experience and ability to organize and manage multiple spreadsheets.
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Exceptional communication skills.
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint Sharepoint/Teams).
WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Forestry or related field preferred.
Prior experience in UVM, Forestry or related outdoor work a plus.
Basic knowledge of tree species preferred.
