Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Business Manager and Assistant Business Manager, supports day-to-day business accounting and financial operations including, but not limited to, Ecommerce for order related functions, second- or third-party systems for purchase orders, invoice entry into second- or third-party systems, Accounts Receivable reconciliation for all national account business, pricing maintenance and setup, EDI invoice submission and payment process. Performs business operational functions that support the overall needs of the company.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates and performs a wide array of business operational functions, including performing day-to-day duties, providing office staff support, generating and distributing reports, maintaining business information, and monitoring daily departmental business transactions
- Invoice entry for second and third party
- Processing of Direct Order Billing transactions
- National Account Reconciliation and Pricing Maintenance
- Performs other duties as assigned
