Summary
Are you a Salesforce.com consulting expert making sales teams more effective? If so, this may-be the perfect fit for you. The objective of the Manager Sales Operations role is to strengthen the capabilities of the sales organization team to provide Salesforce.com support for the sales leadership team. The role provides thoughtful consulting solutions for various types of Salesforce.com configurations request that the Sales Operations team receives.
Essential Functions
Maintain excellent relationship with specific sales teams and leaders to understand their challenges and recommend solutions to address them
Propose changes in existing processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams
Use Salesforce administrative tools to implement new processes quickly
Use integrated dialer capabilities (Five9) to maximize the quantity and quality of calls by lead developers
Keep tight control of procedures, reports and analysis around pipeline management.
Effectively interact with other areas of the company to obtain the best results for sales teams
Prepare and deliver effective training remotely and through recorded videos
Interact with IT to review proposed solutions and obtain their support
Additional Responsibilities
Provide insight into sales trends to optimize performance of our sales force.
Assist in the process of defining new Sales Operations procedures and refining existing ones.
Ensure seamless execution of assigned programs.
Assist in the process of determining potential data discrepancies.
Skills and Abilities
Experienced understanding existing Salesforce implementation, identifying opportunities for improvement and executing the plan to achieve those improvements
Experience in Salesforce Flows and Process Builder
Experience in installations with telephone dialers integrated with Salesforce a strong plus
Understand business sales processes from lead generation, lead development, opportunity handling, pipeline management and forecasting
Excellent communication skills to uncover issues and obtain buy-in from others to new ideas
Define the best way to implement solutions using the tools available
Technically curious to research different ways to solve problems
Project management capabilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required marketing, finance, computer science, engineering or relevant field
Master's degree preferred MBA
Four (4) years or more with Salesforce administration experience required
Cloud contact center (e.g., Five9) experience preferred
Marketing Automation Tools experience preferred
Travel: 10-20%
DOT Regulated: No
