McLaren Health Care is looking for a Regional Director, Patient Accounting to join the MHC CBO Revenue Cycle Team.
Under the direction of the CBO Corporate Director, the Regional Director of Patient Accounting is responsible for the management of all functions related to the assigned Patient Accounting functions for the system. Primary assignments include:
cash posting, clerical and customer service. Functional assignments include billing, follow-up, training/education, reporting/analytics, internal auditing, credentialing, patient accounting information system analysis and management, electronic
data interchange and optical imaging management. Develops and implements plans to ensure the achievement of established objectives. Represents Patient Accounting and Revenue Cycle in meeting strategic objectives throughout the McLaren System. The Regional
Director is expected to be a contributing member of the Revenue Cycle leadership team. Demonstrates the philosophy and core values of McLaren Health Care in the performance of duties.
Bachelor’s Degree required in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Ten (10) years’ experience in a progressively more responsible leadership role in Financial Management and/or Revenue Cycle with demonstrated supervisory responsibility in health career
Preferred: MBA or MHA
Work Location: McLaren Revenue Cycle Centralized Business Office located in Shelby Township.
