Job Description
Perform administrative support to customer service department including coordination of department processes and initiatives, analyzing and reporting data, and all other high-level office tasks to support a result driven environment.
Answer phones and route calls
Greet and process visitors into the facility
Coordinates and schedules daily order entry process including receipt of purchase orders, level load management, audits for accuracy and communication of discrepancies to customer.
Analyzes and reports metrics for order entry process and other department initiatives including creation of standard work documents as required.
Check for errors and process order acknowledgements and maintain error log
Processes and distributes all daily reports related to department functions including EDI order management, Margin Subsidy program, and Annual Return policies.
Investigates and resolves claims or complaints by collecting and analyzing information. Coordinates with all departments relating to quality concerns, invoicing and billing claims, and shipping discrepancies.
Provides support in document management and file retention, coordination of projects, including Front Desk responsibilities when required.
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
3-5 years related experience in customer service and administrative support
Associates or Bachelor's degree desired
Results driven with ability to problem solves independently, improve quality and meet customer service goals
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast pace, multi-project environment
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook, etc.
