The Circular Sortation Sr. Manager will drive all Circular Sortation COE execution in North America, ensuring:
Profitability of local projects,
Direct support capability to design/install/commissioning SC3 systems
in different regions of North America and South/Central America.
Main Accountabilities include:
Manage CoE NA team
Represent locally in the Region the CoE
Support CoE PMs in deployment Regional projects
Size the CoE NA organization to support the future business growth
Support a collaborative approach across all CoE NA functions and the CoE corresponding function in Italy
Drive a standardized approach according the CoE directives
Where required present the Company to customers in line with the company image i.e. competence, experience and excellent customer care
Maintain good contact to existing customers and establish contact to new customers as required
Experience in managing people
Knowledge of Sortation technology
Proven track records of operational deployment
Experience of presentations to/interacting with Customers at different levels within a business structure
Italian/Spanish language knowledge could be taken into consideration as a plus
Technical Competences
Project Management tools and practice
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred) or proven track record in intralogistics solutions deployment experience
Good level experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, Project, Word, Power Point, etc
