Support Project Shield
Maintain global Project Shield performance dashboard.
Create updates for distribution globally within Service and Production Purchasing.
Create and confirm global escalation list for use with Production Purchasing
Drive supplier compliance cadence through active communication with suppliers for disclosure, issue follow up and settlements.
Continually improve speed and effectively drive escalation.
Supplier Unauthorized investigations
Search for new leads primarily through online research
Vet new leads and prepare fact sheets for investigations
Purchase samples and original parts and prepare the comparisons
Schedule and coordinate the supplier meetings including agendas, minutes and action items
Prepare C&D letters, analyze the disclosure and calculate the damages
Scout case tracking database
Single point of contact between scout and BP for database issues and enhancements
Reviewed and tested the database enhancements
Working with scout to get the reporting functionality implemented
Kept supplier investigation data current for investigations
Special projects as needed:
Diverted parts
Data analysis
Various investigation related inquiries
