You will be a catalyst and focal point in the global Consulting and Client Success organization, collaborating with product, sales, marketing, enablement, delivery and operations, to orchestrate cross-functional activities to support Offer designs that deliver tangible value for clients and partners. You will be at the front end of the service offering, marketing, and enablement team which is chartered to drive revenue generating offers; launch, market and enable the field.

We're looking to hire an experienced Offer Management, Program Manager to join a new team to drive, strategize and deliver high quality initiatives in support of the new offering management methodology. In a relentless XaaS market requiring corporations to be "customer-centric", this role will be at the forefront of understanding client business challenges, unlocking value, targeting the right client with the right offering, and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Drive cross-functional alighment with SMEs and Offer Managers to plan and deliver scope, outcomes, required resources, roadmap and delivery of new offerings
Advocate for our key stakeholders across sales, delivery, success and support to align and represent the service offerings
Manage the offerings lifecycle (ideation, development, maturation, and EOL), including the communication of offer plans, risk, dependencies, and release dates
Manage daily offer management activities to ensure timely execution and delivery of planned offers
Manage an ideal funnel or intake process and creation of business cases along pre-defined criteria
Lead the offer launch activities in bringing successful, scalable offers to market
Support demand generation, field readiness, and field enablement
Analyze industry research, competitive data and the voice of the customer to ensure quality and completeness of offerings
Partner to drive the rationalization and evolution of the existing services offers
Measure offering performance, adoption, and finanical success leveraging insights to drive enhancements as appropriate
Partner with FInance to provide input into the long-term finanical viability of special offers
Who You Are:
- A seasoned technology services professional who has a proven track record of management and leadership designing and implementing best in class program management practices for lifecycle services offering management. You have the ability to work across the organization, manage and expand relationships, and operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
What You've Accomplished:
Bachelor's Degree
8-10 years experience in Project or Program Management
Minimum 5 years technical, commercial, and service product management experience with track record of accomplishment
Minimum 3 years program management experience supporting cross-functional teams to ensure goals are met and adhered to
Demonstrated success defining, supporting or launching compelling offerings
Proven success in dealing with business leaders on all levels and ability to manage within a matrix organizational structure
Organized with a natural inclination for strategic planning and operational tactics
Adept business knowledge across all services disciplines and konwledge or experience with major CRM systems
Strong communication and organizationl skills; written, verbal, and presentation style
Forward looking with a hollistic approach and customer focus
Comfortable in aglobal, fast-paced, always-on, highly matrixed environment with limited resources
Proven track record of management and leadership designing and implementing best-in-class practices for lifecycle management of services solutions
