This is an entry level position and you'll get the training you need to be successful. This position is in our fiberglass manufacturing shop. This position starts at $15 per hour with $1 per hour raises every 30 days until you're at $20 per hour if you can figure out how to come to work everyday and do your job properly. Hours are M-F 6:30am-3pm. Company will contribute 45% of health insurance premiums after 90 days. After one year you will have 1 week paid vacation, holidays and company matched 401K.
