The opportunity
As a Region Service Line (SL) Client Executive (CE), you'll be a market facing executive and a member of the Regional SL BD Leadership team. You'll lead the most strategic pursuits in the region by developing and deploying strategic solutions and key market initiatives through various sales channels to achieve growth and revenue goals to targeted accounts. You will be a trusted advisor to our Partner and Sr. Manager ranks and be charged with driving pursuit excellence while coaching and mentoring.
Your key responsibilities
As a Region SL CE, you'll be responsible for developing the service line sales plan and executing the go-to-market strategy. You'll develop and drive sales goals across the service line, priority accounts and market segments and act as a strategic advisor to our Partner and Sr. Manager group. You'll be driving strategic solutions and key initiatives directly in the market and through other sales channels. You'll participate in the development of strategic campaigns, tailoring them to the region in alignment with service line and cross service line priorities. Approximately 80% of your time will be externally focused on the market and pursuit activities, actively engaging with our Partners and Sr. Managers driving pursuit and/or negotiation activities. Additional time will be spent on strategy and management initiatives.

Your ability to develop and build networks will be instrumental in connecting with colleagues across the leadership team and service lines to drive a coordinated market effort. Possessing natural coaching skills, you'll inspire others with your actions in the market. You'll be a trusted advisor to the Region SL Leadership team and the Partner and Sr. Manager group, acting in a consultative manner. You'll be the catalyst that pulls stakeholders together to drive pursuit excellence, strategic initiatives and enable revenue growth.
To qualify for the role, you must have
10-12+ years of business development experience in the professional services and solutions
A proven record of selling complex digital, technology and/or managed services solutions to the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies
Expert client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence, expert influencing skills, including the ability to influence without authority
Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive intel and account information
Strong knowledge of current and emerging sales tools, methodologies and go-to-market models including social media
Strong experience handling complex multiple stakeholder negotiations is preferred.
Strong sector or technical content expertise
Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict
A University/Bachelor's Degree
