Talent Acquisition Specialist - COPC
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist - COPC, spearheads and facilitates the COPC compliance process within the Talent Acquisition team. The TA Specialist - COPC has day to day responsibility to proactively ensure all processes, practices, tools, data and results are in compliance with COPC standards. Ensure all relevant data is assembled and analysis completed to assist the sites and Work at Home teams in their annual internal and external COPC audits. This position will support Talent Acquisition teams, Management and the internal COPC team to ensure audit requirements are completed and presented in a timely and effective manner.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Proactively ensure all TA processes, practices, tools, data and results are compliant with COPC standards to avoid ATACs
If ATACs occur, work with TA Leadership, internal COPC team and onsite Recruiters to create mitigation strategies and ensure implementation, documentation and presentation back to COPC
Work with TA team and business partners to identify opportunities within processes and practices for improvement within specified COPC guidelines
Create highlydetailed and accurate reports for internal teams and/or external clients
Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data related to COPC certification and process improvements
Create highly detailed and accurate presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
Present analysis and findings to both internal and external partners within group calls or meetings
Additional duties and tasks as needed, assigned or requested by TA Leadership
Candidate Profile
Strategic thinker, highly analytical with problem-solving skills
Knowledge of data gathering techniques
Highly proficientand skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to set and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to perform in high pressure situations
Ability to work independently to achieve goals
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written/verbal communications skills
Ability to audit and troubleshoot data ensuring it is complete and accurate
Basic knowledge of COPC processes and methodology
