The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. Responsibilities
We are looking for a hard-working individual with a positive attitude to contribute to a great Finance team in the Global Product Group. The ideal candidate will be able to work cross functionally within KLA and have the opportunity to affect the company's overall long-term financial performance. In this role, you will support a dynamic organization dedicated to finding unique ways of providing value to our customers. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, to derive key trends and insights, and drill down to underlying performance drivers.
* Distill large amounts of data into actionable insights, by leveraging financial and operational database systems.
* Partner with Division Finance to understand annual operation budgets, track results, and provide visibility to the Finance Leadership Team.
* Maintain quarterly division reporting on key engineering programs through database management.
* Identify areas of opportunity and cost savings for the Global Product Group.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Level Degree with at least3-4 years of related experience
* Demonstrated financial or analytical experience with strong forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis acumen.
* Exceptional command of database tools and IT systems like Hyperion, SQL, etc., with the ability to extract meaningful conclusions from large quantities of data.
* Strong attention to detail, and sense of ownership over delivered results.
* Acute written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment.
* Solid problem solving and root cause analysis abilities.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Working experience with Cognos TM1 and SAP are highly preferred.
* Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of Pivot Tables, advanced formulas. Macros/VBA programming ability desired but not required.
