This group of Customer Service Representatives will be working in the Consumer department. The Consumer department handles inbound calls from individual customers that are calling in from the website telephone number and looking to make a purchase, ask questions regarding product availability/information and even to address complaints.
SHIFT:
Carhartt's call center is open Monday-Saturday (Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm) Candidates being considered for this position must have flexibility to work any 8hr shift during business hours. If the candidate has schedule restrictions, such as School Schedule, we can send over that information with their submittal package but there is no guarantee that they will work around it.
MUST HAVE:
At least 1+ years of Customer Service experience
Personable and Professional Demeanor
Strong Communication Skills
Adaptable
Proficiency within Microsoft Office
