THE OPPORTUNTIY:
As a part of our Americas Technology Risk Team, you will gain experience working with Americas Technology Risk Leadership to implement improvements and deliver sustainable value to accelerate the development and performance of Technology Risk professionals.
Your role as the Americas Technology Risk Team - Manager will operate in four priority pillars - Integration, Market, Talent/SQM & Innovation - supported by various initiatives designed to achieve our mission. The team closely collaborates with Americas Assurance leadership, Americas Professional Practice - Audit, Americas Professional Practice - Quality and Regulatory Management, Americas Director of Quality Implementation and Independence. Within Consulting, the Financial Audit IT (FAIT) team closely collaborates with the region Business Consulting, Technology Risk and FAIT Leaders as well as with the Consulting Quality team. The team also collaborates with and supports Global Technology Risk and APAC and EMEIA Technology Risk leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Integration
Administer the quarterly Accountability for Audit Quality program (region and Americas level) to provide consistent oversight of FAIT's support of the Audit business
Administer the annual Audit Integration survey of Audit and FAIT executives
Prepare materials for monthly FAIT Network and FAIT Leader calls as well as semi-annual in person meetings with the US Technology Risk and FAIT Leaders
Collaborate with Consulting Quality - Inspection team to summarize and analyze inspection findings attributed to FAIT professionals
Lead/provide input into the development of certification process of tools used to support audits and monitor on-compliance
Monitor the shared FAIT inbox for comments/questions to the Americas Technology Risk Team and coordinate responses with appropriate team members
Talent/SQM
Routinely analyze operational metrics (e.g., hours sold to audit, GDS leverage, turnover) to respond to questions from stakeholders and drive a proactive, fact-based decision model and a deeper understanding of our business
Maintain, communicate, execute and monitor the FAIT system of quality management, including annual FAIT PPED and SM workload process, experience management quality control procedures (EMQCPs), and quality occurrence (QO) policies
Support the implementation of ISQM1 for the attest functions in US Consulting and full implementation in the remaining Americas areas
Monitor the U.S. Audit Learning Framework for FAIT professionals to ensure our professionals who serve audit clients in a FAIT role are attending and benefiting from required learning activities throughout the year
Monitor and achieve close monitoring engagement learning compliance as part of the system of quality management
Monitor the annual APM 2.3 Appendix C compliance learning (for Americas and Global deployment)
Assist with responding to regulator requests for content and monitoring results

Collaborate with regions to develop an efficiency review process over engagements to support continued enhancement to our audit processes
Support the effort to drive more consistency in our audit execution through consistent enablement and automation
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field and experience with/knowledge of:
Data/financial analysis techniques, including use of Excel, PowerApps, PowerBI
Technology Risk service offerings, including financial audit IT integration (FAIT) and service organization control reporting (SOCR), to support meaningful analysis of Technology Risk financial and operational metrics
Automation techniques to drive improved efficiency/effectiveness of quality controls and other recurring activities
Must demonstrate the ability/desire to:
