Your day to day
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You'll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
What we need from you

What we offer
We currently have several openings available for full or part time.
All candidates ideally will have previous experience working as a Front Desk Agent. Main duties will include: checking in / out, dealing with all guest enquiries, making sure that all transactions are balancing, supporting the Management Team with any Operational duties, delivering best possible customer service and promoting teamwork spirit.
As the role involves high level of staff and customer interaction, the ability to work well under pressure, deal with guest queries efficiently and communicate clearly with employees and guests is essential. Opera knowledge is a big advantage.
