Our work depends on a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer joining our team to support the United States Postal Service (USPS) activities located remotely.
You will be responsible for determining requirements, architecting, developing, deploying, and supporting bots and robotic automation in support of organizational tasks and workflows.

Setting up, developing, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
Producing process documentation
Conduct value stream mapping and ROI calculations to measure successes and refine processes going forward
Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs
Architecting and developing solutions from business requirements
Architect a bot design
Developing RPAs and integrating into system
Conducting RPA/Bot testing including developing test plans, test automations, etc.
Debugging and troubleshooting your code and other teammates work
Demonstrating proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET
Demonstrating proficiency in UIPath software
Demonstrate solid understanding of UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework implementation'
Building RPA bots to insert data into a UI
Working with databases, such as SQL Server and Oracle
Developing architecture, design documentation
Work extensively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Working to design, develop and implement RPA systems
Work in a results-oriented, independent environment with minimal supervision
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in an Agile environment working with tools such as MS DevOps
Attention to detail and creating clarity when dealing with ambiguity
Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Strong analytical skills
Experience working in a government context or with government customers
BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
