Overview:Responsible for the identification and recording of manufacturing information.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Properly document and identify all trees of product produced to include tree tares, piece counts, piece sizes, ingredients, etc.
Establish 'green weight' figures which Quality Systems and Smokehouse personnel use to conform to USDA and Boar's Head beef product regulations.
Complete all production line sheets in the area that detail line run times, downtime coding and staffing by product.
Ability to input recorded data on computer at the conclusion of each production day.
Perform Radley / ERP transactions for returned product to inventory.
Responsible for following GMP's, SOP's, HACCP procedures, Quality Plan work instructions, plant rules and policies.
Qualifications:
Must have capacity to learn and utilize automated 'shop floor data collection' component of ERP system being implemented in the near future.
Must be able to work cooperatively with others.
Must be willing and able to perform other job functions as needed.
Requires the person to be organized, controlling, detailed, thorough, and possess basic mathematical skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to read and follow directions and conduct close inspection to ensure that these directions meet specifications.
Education sufficient to understand basic instructions. Must be able to read written instructions, policies and procedures.
Must be trained to operate within specified company Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
