Seeking part-time driver/dispatcher with computer and phone skills.
Applicants must be willing to work 5 (five) days a week and minimum of 8 (eight) Saturdays per year. Saturdays to be determined upon hire.

Applicants currently holding a CDL license are a plus; however, RCTA will provide training for otherwise qualified applicants!
Many measures have been put in place to keep the employees and passengers as safe as possible. All buses have been equipped with a Plexiglas shield and sanitizer dispensers.
Starting wage without a CDL is $16.77/hour (w/Cares/CRRSA act bonus), with a CDL is $17.27/hour (w/Cares/CRRSA act bonus). Employees will receive a raise around the 6 month mark to $17.50/hour (w/Cares/CRRSA act bonus) when your probationary period ends.
Wage is currently capped at $20.91 per/hour (w/Cares/CRRSA act bonus).
