- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous healthcare experience, including knowledge and understanding of infection control procedures and universal precautions principles highly preferred.
- Knowledgeable of age-specific needs of colleagues / visitors following appropriate guidelines. Interacts with others in a non-judgmental and nondiscriminatory manner that is sensitive to cultural, racial and ethnic diversity.
- Courteous, competent and welcoming communication skills to interact with colleagues, supervisor, providers, vendors and visitors .
- Customer service skills in order to provide a high level of service to internal and external customers in routine but important interactions.
- Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
