Global Business Solutions - Transformation Overview
GBS Transformation is focused on driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes and technology across the GM enterprise. We strive to be global strategic business partners working as One Inclusive Team to enable innovation and deliver world class transformational solutions. GBS operates as a global organization supporting various GM functions including Finance, Controllership, Purchasing, HR, Manufacturing, Sales and a growing list of new business partnerships.
Position Overview
The Business Transformation Enablement Analyst serves as a key business partner enabling efforts to identify problems and improve business processes and performance through creative solutions. This is a high energy role that requires reimagining, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
In this role you will get to:
* Quickly develop a deep understanding of the business and be the person that can connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
* Establish, own, and proactively manage relationships with the business and IT at appropriate levels

Additional Job Description
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
* Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, Business or a related field
* CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred
* Minimum 5+ years professional experience in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT and/or a related field
* Must have a highly flexible skillset to juggle a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, enabling business goals, developing data-driven business insights, internal communications, ad hoc analysis, coordination and leadership of critical projects across the company, and contributions to team culture and values
* Ability to frame decisions and contribute a strong point of view on how to solve problems
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of proactive operational leadership in a cross-functional environment, be a strategic thinker who can drive results, and be able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects
* Strong leadership and influencing skills - able to lead/influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
* Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful projects
* Results and detail oriented, with strong business acumen
* Highly motivated, and able to think under pressure
* Excellent communication skills
* Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
