This position provides administrative and organizational support to the International Assignment Services (IAS) payroll team. They will be a part of the HRS/GS team, take part in global training sessions, team meetings and project plans.
This position will support the team with:

• Power Point Presentations
• Data Migration
• Various Payroll Projects
Job Description:
• Provide Project Management Support to IAS Payroll Team
• Creating Project Plan
• Organizing Project Workshops
• Tracking Long Term and Short Term Project Goals
• Analyzing System Data
• System Testing
• Creating Power Point presentations
• Supporting the IAS Leadership team in Ad Hoc Projects
• Migrating payroll data from the current payroll vendor to a new payroll vendor
Additional Skills:
Team player; detail-oriented; task-oriented and independently motivated; ability to be flexible and to multi-task; ability to review, interpret and evaluate statistical information; strong IT background; familiar with ADP and Ceridian payroll systems is beneficial
HS Diploma Required, Bachelors preferred
