The Senior Manager, Operational Excellence and Compliance will actively participate to drive the G4S Way of Operations transformation and change management methods and details as well as directly implement the required operating models in assigned locations. The Sr Manager will be responsible for delivering operational improvements and benefits as required. The Manager will be a key contributor to all compliance related activity and responsible for creating and optimizing system metrics across the client organization.
The position will define, generate, analyze, and manage key business metrics utilizing Microsoft Office applications and other reporting tools/methods as required. This position requires the development and generation of operational and financial data and associated reports based on critical analysis and/or understanding of the contractual data. The position must have exemplary attention to detail and the ability to undertake multiple projects simultaneously.

Role Responsibility:
Specific Duties and Essential Functions
Implement the G4S Way of Operations model, tools, and methodologies in assigned locations
Development, refinement, and maintenance of the key business performance metrics
Consider the relevancy of the current operating metrics, their alignment, and assist in developing new and/or enhanced measures
Define and implement process improvements that improve both operational and financial performance
Participate in daily team debriefs, weekly summary reports and client/executive presentations as required
Coach location personnel on the tools, methodologies, roles (position profiles/expert models), and deliverables of the operating model
Coach and mentor assigned management personnel to enable accountability and sustainment of the operating model
Develop and implement productivity and cost reduction opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in metrics, compliance, or related field
Must possess demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft office and/or Google applications and office management technology including mobile devices, PDAs, outlook and internet applications
Work history must include demonstration of each of the following:

Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency
High level of competency with advanced computer systems

Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
Physical Requirements and Environment
Environment: Office and outside; minimal to medium work in extreme temperatures is expected
Major activity: Working on PC while sitting; telephone use
Physical efforts to carry out job duties: Limited, to include some standing, bending, and limited stretching and reaching.
