DescriptionPosition Goals:
Perform a variety of mortgage origination support duties for specific mortgage loan originators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical duties related to mortgage customers.
- Schedule and maintain appointment calendar for mortgage loan originator and remind them of schedule.
- Accept, place and screen telephone calls. Conserve officer's time by resolving routine matters and occasionally interview customers and visitors.
- Assist assigned Mortgage Loan Originator in obtaining information for loan file.
- Check the loan file for all proper documentation before sending to the processing unit.
- Work with loan processor, title companies and real estate agents to ensure deadlines are met.
- Schedule closings and communicate to the officer, processor, title company and real estate agent.
- Follow through on workflow to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
Education
High School of General Studies (required)
Experience
Over one (1) years of clerical, administrative or related experience. (required)
