If you are not reliable, then please don't bother. The first missed day during the probationary period is the last day. Lateness as a habit during the probationary period is not a plan.
The ideal candidate (outside of having the required painting proficiency) is one that functions at work in a PROFESSIONAL and PRODUCTIVE manner.
The ideal candidate will continually assess any situation and ask themselves - BEFORE SPEAKING or TAKING ACTION with a client, manager, owner, or co-worker:
"Is this professional?"
"Is this productive?"
We want to be extremely clear that we are looking for someone who is VERY familiar with working in active factory / warehouse environments where client production is running. If your primary expertise is in homes and light / empty "easy" commercial buildings, it will show, trust us.
If you are interested please reply with your resume and salary requirements.
Pay is $42,000 - $52,000 a year depending on qualifications.
