Coordinates the admitting needs of the facility
Reviews packets for admission
Communicates with discharge planners at referring hospitals
Reviews referrals
WelcomEs new patients and their family members
CompletEs admissions contracts
Supports the patient care units and admissions department administratively
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree required.
1-2 Years experience of customer service/administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to multitask required.
Experience in healthcare/hospital setting strongly preferred.
Must be able to work : 3pm to 11:30pm and every other weekend
