We are seeking caregivers, home health aides and CNA's to join our independently owned and operated rapidly agency.
We have clients needing care in the following areas: Washtenaw Livingston & Jackson Counties including the communities of Ann Arbor, Dexter, Jackson, Brooklyn, Clarklake, Grass Lake, Horton, Michigan Center, Munith, Napoleon, Pleasant Lake, Manchester, and Saline.

$12-15 per hour with growth opportunities
PPE provided
Sign-on bonus of $150 after 80 hours and be with the company for 90 days. (external referrals only ex. Indeed)
Referral bonus of $300 for each recruit you add to our team and $200 dollars to the recruit. (after a referred employee works 80 hours and be with the company for 90 days. (internal referrals only ex. friends and family)
2021 caregiver retention quarterly bonus.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Driving clients to and from appointments
