The Administrative Assistant provides general office and project related support including assisting visitors, volunteers and staff, answering telephones, and general administration duties.

Responsibilities
Provides timely communication, feedback and follow-up to staff, leadership, clients, visitors and volunteers
Manages and distributes incoming calls, mail, email, and faxes
Prepares documents and letters to copy, distribute and file
Maintains inventory of supplies, furnishings, equipment; ordering supplies as requested
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Maintain employment files
Manage and communicate new employee onboarding process
Completes all Verifications of Employment (VOE) in a timely fashion
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required
Two years of office or administrative experience (preferred)
Maintain strict confidentiality
Excellent typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and accurately
