The Client Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within our Key and/or National segments. The Client Executive provides clients with industry best practices and strategic input in service to deepen the overall partnership. The Client Executive will sell add-on products and services while also managing those opportunities through to close and implementation. Clients will leverage the Client Executive as an operational point of escalation when appropriate. Finally, the Client Executive will continually illustrate the value of the Fiserv partnership by providing measurement data such as ROIs and program performance updates. This role requires strong territory planning skills, C-suite and operational level relationship building and the ability to link our value proposition to client goals. You're the kind of person who is intellectually curious; you like to solve problems, learn about new products and trends and apply that thinking to your client base. You use problem solving, thought leadership, relationship building and value quantification to help your clients grow their card portfolios and profitability.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration :
10+ years' experience in financial services industry
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to C-suite level clients
Ability to collaborate internally with other business units and with executives to identify opportunities and issues
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
Ability to effectively prioritize issues and work independently with a strong sense of accountability
Professional demeanor and demonstrated experience effectively interacting with all levels of clients, internal associates and executive level management
Highly motivated and self-assured; hands-on problem solver
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
