Position Description:
What you'll be able to do: Leverage Connected Vehicle Data (Leading Customer Indicators) as a real-time data source to improve upon any early issues as well as to support proper prioritization on improving Traditional Quality Metrics; Become the Voice of the Customer within Enterprise Connectivity while maintaining a Customer-Centric Mindset and behavior at all times; Pro-Actively Drive investigations and take actions to deliver Traditional/Leading metrics towards Best-In-Class performance; Support creation of an up-to-date Quality Framework encompassing all Connectivity Features Ability to quickly benchmark (internally and externally) while establishing action plans on quality indicators, across all Connected Vehicle Features; Proactively identify and gather peer support to quickly solve any issues affecting Customers Critical Success Factors Maintain Leading and Traditional KPIs below yearly-established metrics Establish/Track actions to achieve Best In Class (BIC) metrics Submit monthly Quality reports to Quality Management with action plans Pro-actively address early rising customer facing issues by interacting real time data (using Operational Analytics dashboards and/or querying Cloud data) as well as customer communication channels (CRC, App Stores, etc.) A passion for trouble shooting and thirst for gaining a deeper understanding of multiple technologies across a complex ecosystem Keep a clear communication channel on daily work/activities with Direct Supervisor/Peers, while maintaining resilience to balance among daily/weekly new demands
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills Able to interface with Senior Managers Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint
Experience Required:
Experience in handling Connected Vehicle related Quality concerns Experience with: Connected Vehicle cloud-based systems Smart phone Apps
Experience Preferred:
Prior Experience in a Quality role Experience with Connected Features Experience with JIRA
Education Required:
Bachelor Degree with Computer or Electrical Focus
Education Preferred:
Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science Knowledge in Six-Sigma and/or Quality/Reliability tools - DoE, Taguchi Methods, FMA etc.)
