The Project Specialist supports the Liaison Office team in the development of standard operating procedures that provide clarity and ensure efficient operations. Responsible for oversight of the Hospital Tours Program for VIP guests including maintaining an adequate pool of volunteer guides, providing initial and ongoing training for guides, and assigning guides for scheduled tours. Develops, maintains, and provides analytics for the Office's tracking databases (including data regarding patient usage, faculty and staff speakers, event location usage, and numbers of visitors on campus). Assists the team with coordination of events, tours, and appropriate patient usage and maintains the definitive event and visitor calendar for all events, tours and visitors. Partners with St. Jude Communications to maintain a current repository of faculty biographies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management or related field required
- Two (2) years of relevant experience required.Experience at St. Jude or ALSAC highly preferred
