Great Lakes Office Products and Business Furniture is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join its team!
The right candidate will be responsible for extensive data entry and answering the phone. A knowledge of office supplies and office furniture is preferred.
This person be able to generate a quote, operate a cash register, research and assist in product selection, stock merchandise, solve problems and greet customers. A pleasant phone personality also is very important. Math and accounting skills are a must.
The right candidate must be dependable, honest and work flexible daytime hours. They also should have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks, plus mastering the computer software operating system designed for the office products industry. This position is for 20-30 hours per week.
