Guardian is seeking an Americas Crib Leader to join our team!
What You Will Do In Your Role- Connect Storeroom/Crib with broader MRO Vision
- Foster cross-functional partnership with Business
- Utilize data to provide insights into profitable actionsto ensure optimal Working Capital Efficiency for Guardian Industries
- Accelerate progress towards what good looks like in Storeroom category
- Foster partnership with Plant Managers (or delegated contact) and CFT, tie out Category Strategies through MRO E2E at plant level
- Ensure activities are aligned with Operations priorities
- Utilize data (spend, inventory, etc.) to drive insights that could lead to profitable action
- Proactively share insights with plant teams
- Facilitate feedback loop to category
- Influence sourcing and stocking strategy through Coupa catalog and inventory Item Master Data Management
The Experience You Will BringRequirements:- 5+ years of MRO category /spare parts management experience
- Experience developing a strategy
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management
- Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive insights from data
- Compliance and Code of Conduct mindset
What Will Put You Ahead- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
- Experience using Coupa software
