Basic Purpose and Scope:
The Inventory Control Clerk II is responsible for ensuring inventory is accurately reflected through cycle counting and various processes. May also be responsible for printing labels for production. This position will be a primary trainer for co-workers.

Essential Job Functions – Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform all job duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies-Always
2. Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained through cycle count process per schedule and inventory audits- 80%
3. Clean up and reconcile bins daily in warehouse, formulation, portion control and packaging departments- 10%
4. Back up Inventory Control I in various duties and responsibilities- 5%
5. Responsible for training co-workers- 5%
6. May print labels for production- 5%
7. Support packaging, portion control, formulation and warehouse- Ongoing
8. Partner with co-workers as needed to address variances, with solutions- Ongoing
9. Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.- Ongoing
10. Ensure correct entries into factory software- Ongoing
11. Maintains clean work area and participates in housekeep throughout the facility and grounds- Ongoing
12. Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements- Ongoing

Minimum Qualifications Required to Perform Work:
Education: High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred.
Certifications: Ability to obtain forklift or high-to certification and electric pallett jack certification
Experience: One-year manufacturing experience and/or training.
Strong keyboarding skills preferred.
Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common language.
Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task, focus, and work efficently and accuretly in a fast-paced enviorment
Ability to compute basic mathmatical calculations
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Must have a working knowledge of and be able to perform basic tasks in Microsoft, Word and Excel.
Proficency in Smart Client Perferred
