Description:
The Quality Engineer will be working at Plant 6 supporting automotive business. This person will be responsible for APQP, PPAPs, corrective actions, customer defects and root cause. They need to have strong verbal and written communication because they will be interacting with customers at times and will also need to complete reports.
They will be completing PPAPs for pieces and parts that the company makes and parts purchased from the company and brought into the plant.
In order to successfully do this job, the candidate has to be able to review materials and dimensions, and complete PFMEAs, process sheets and submit PPAPs.
The contract is expected to go until the end of September and potentially into October.
