Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 2 years of project management or related experience.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

As a member of the Sales Productivity Operations Team, you will be working as a strategic partner to sales, sales productivity, and several other value-added teams to support internal employee development. You will be part of a broader team that supports the administrative and operations function for Global Sales Productivity. You will provide a centralized service and communication point for all internal team processes.
You willconceive, organize, promote and implement effective programmatic initiatives for running curricula in your program.You will drive and enable process improvements, collaborate with your peers to define, schedule, track, and communicate the status of events and deliverables to other groups and executive management in support of an iterative program review process.
Responsibilities
Responsible and accountable for the operations and process management of programs designed to enable one of: Channel Sales, Business Development, Leadership Development, Direct Sales, Account Management or International Teams
Manage tasks related to: registration and attendance, systems reporting, content storage and review, New Hire onboarding, major just in time events, all sales facing curriculum
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, within the team, within the organization, and with external stakeholders such as sales and support team leadership
Responsible and accountable for deliverables from third parties as necessary
Support automation of workflows between teams
Process support and automation across multiple systems including but not limited to the Microsoft 0365 Suite, NetSuite, OraDocs, OTube, DataFox, OCE
Requirements

1-2 years of professional experience required
High attention to detail
Comfort working with geographically dispersed teams
Program Management/Operations Management experience preferred
Understanding or ability to learn the sales process and training program for each target audience
Strong communication skills both written and spoken
Ability to drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities on a daily basis
Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Forms, OneNote, 0365, Excel, PPT)
Technical savvy to manage data and imports to NetSuite's CRM system
