The Talent Supply Chain Consultant role provides expertise to hiring managers for the facilitation of procuring the services of temporary and/or contract employees to meet a client's current workforce needs. This role requires experience in overall workforce management in the labor market as well as familiarity with and ability to master procurement technology tools. The ability to manage client facing interactions to drive consultations and provide guidance on different delivery solutions is a daily requirement of the Talent Supply Chain Consultant role.
Responsibilities
Program and Operational Support:
Fullcycle recruitment for a variety of positions. Consultative approachto hiring managers and candidates
Performconsultation call with hiring managers to assess needs and determine bestsourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent Utilizationof procurement technologies to facilitate fulfillment of role and moverequisition through client's internal processes. Providecomplete and thorough information and data points to supply chain via bothdocumentation and consultation conference calls.
Monitordaily progress of requisition and follow up accordingly.
Utilizecandidate assessment and selection techniques when reviewing resumes toensure only the best match is shortlisted.
TheTalent Supply Chain Consultant supports the financial processes related totimecard & expense management, invoicing and corrections.
Coordinateand schedule interviews for hiring managers.
Negotiatebill rates to ensure that they are aligned with current market rates.
Maintaindiscipline of execution by staying focused on market goals and objectives;manage time and competing priorities; be committed to Kelly process,technology, and documentation requirements; and taking the initiative tolearn and fully understand the client's needs and skills required for openroles being managed.
Abilityto manage multiple situations effectively while multitasking and maintaina sense of urgency and attention to detail
o Conduct weekly governance calls with client stakeholder
o Must have ability to create and deliver presentations to client stakeholders, suppliers and others
o Provide monthly reporting and other administrative functions as needed
Client, Program and Supplier Management
EnsureKey Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement andservice delivery.
Utilizebill rate benchmarking data and competitive bidding to ensure costcontainment for the customer.
Buildcustomer and supplier relationships through professional rapport,consistent follow-up and maintaining contact and ongoing communication.
Proactivelyidentify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timelysolutions.
Actas a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues.Escalate as appropriate.
Contributeconsultative input and client requirement expertise to annual suppliersummit
Utilizeboth client and market data to provide guidance to and set expectationsfor realistic recruiting cycle timelines
Possessan innate ability to know what needs to be done and takes initiative toperform those tasks without being asked or told. The ability to workindependently and be a decision maker is imperative.
Technology Support
Developthorough understanding of functionality and capabilities of procurementtools used to deliver KellyOCG's MSP solution
SupportTechnology updates by providing overview of new functionality to bothclient and supplier as necessary
Developstrong knowledge of technology in order to be able to operate efficientlyand trouble-shoot simple issues when client or Suppliers escalate.
Requirements
Musthave Recruitment background or equivalent. Work experience in temporarylabor, service level and/or customer service industry
Candidatemust demonstrate an ability to multitask, an attention to detail,excellent communication skills (both in one-on-one and in group settings,with both internal and external audiences), and a technical proficiency(e.g., MS Office, internet, VMS tools).
Provenexperience in creating and developing strategic relationships that promotepositive client and employee engagement.
Possessdata entry, analytical, and organizational skills
Abilityto see interrelationships of data/ideas. Can assess a candidateagainst criteria, use of program data to educate customer, supplier anddrive change.
Previouspeople management expertise is preferred but at a minimum candidate mustdemonstrate the ability to develop this skill
Bachelor'sdegree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalentexperience.
3-5years of relevant experience.
Must have theability to interact and communicate with client stakeholders, internalKelly departments, as well as suppliers and client Hiring Mangers.Selected candidate must work well independently with a willingness tolearn. This is a growing program. This position is a greatstepping stone for someone who is interested in moving into an OperationsLead/ Manager position.
