Responsibilities
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Assign, direct, and ensure completion of daily tasks for production and department team members, including housekeeping for spaces assigned.
Trains new team members on production expectations and processes.
Provides quality control inspections, ensuring that only the best product makes it to the floor (Good, Better, Best).
Track and report production at scheduled times.
Participates in production processing as needed.
Proficiently uses cash register at locations where this is required.
Implement assigned strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly product acquisition, production, and sales goals. Familiarity with production acquisition, production and sales goals.
Diligently implement product rotation processes, including communication with assigned personnel to place supply orders for processing.
Support management with store maintenance and appearance, while following procedures for maintenance and safety concerns.
Consistently look for ways to improve donor and shopper experience.
Communicates with Store Management regarding all facets of store operation, updating regularly on all incidents and concerns for assigned areas.
Supports management in creating a positive understanding of policies and procedures; escalates complaints and criticism to management as necessary.
Supports protection of resources under their supervision, including implementing product control procedures preventing shrinkage through theft or spoilage while controlling property, utility, and product supply waste.
Other duties as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
Must be available for a flexible schedule; full-time or part-time positions will require evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

High School Degree or currently pursuing.
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with customers, management and coworkers.
Basic computer skills including but not limited to the use of the payroll program and all other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC.
Ability to use basic math skills.
Good speaking, hearing and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Oversees production team members assigned by management, which may include paid staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries.

This position provides excellent customer service to our shoppers and donors while accepting donated items that are dropped off to the store's donation doors. This position must also maintain a well-organized donation area while handling each transaction with accuracy.
