Build and maintain good relationships with customers, service, and sales personnel in the assigned regional territory through regular and emergency visits
Responsible for the promotion and sale of rebuild services functions and capabilities to the assigned customer base through the van services operations
Procure and maintain customer services contracts and agreements, in agreement with the Regional Service Manager- when and where appropriate
Improve business activities and customer relationships with assigned customer base, in parts activities, service usage, and E-Tech business lines
Process customer orders, activity reports, expense reports and automobile usage and expense records, as required
Recommend improvements in equipment and product upgrades, with customers
Visit customers as needed who surround the assigned Van Route customers
Promotion and sale of assigned product activities as required
Submit monthly reports on business volume and work activities
Maintain operation and usage records of their assigned services vehicle
Assist in recommendations for Van Services operations
Assist Regional E-Tech personnel in customer issue resolution and problem solving for customer satisfaction gains
