Labor Time Coordinator (21-07203)
Location: Madison Heights, MI/Remote
Duration: 12 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Interface directly with the internal and external authoring teams, on-site validation teams, and other regional members around the globe to produce publications
- Support efforts to resolve customer concerns related to labor time guides, bulletins, service manual, etc.
- Create change request documents to communicate Labor Time Guide updates to authoring team for processing
- Verify source documents for accuracy
- Manage new and current specification and reference documents as related to the role
- Apply automotive knowledge and utilize multiple source files to identify appropriate content for use in publications.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of similar work experience, experience with database functionality preferred
- Exceptional PC skills and intermediate knowledge of MS Office (i.e. MS Access, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Database knowledge and skills, with the ability to create reports and run queries
- Working knowledge of automotive service industry, service equipment and shop safety
