We are seeking a Salesperson/Estimator to become an integral member of our team. A good fit for this role will greet customers, provide knowledge and information about products, assist in the selection of products, process sales transactions, payments, and orders. Strong technical skills will aid in the analysis of plans, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare estimates for products, projects or services. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Previous experience in the building materials industry and estimating a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing data to determine material and preparing itemized lists.
- Stay up to date on suppliers and product knowledge
- Prompt follow up on quotes produced
- Review estimates with customers and team members
