As an Intern you will have the opportunity to learn the daily operations of our corporate office, and gain valuable insight on how we help all functions and employees throughout our organization. During the 10 week, paid internship, the Intern will interact with team members and leaders to gain real-world experience, learning our processes and improving our efficiencies while expanding on the core concepts introduced throughout your college courses.
Essential Functions/Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Help develop professional development tools, resources, and presentations to support the delivery of the Education Value Prop
Write proprietary activities for the Toddler, Two's and Early Preschool classrooms
Create new Social Emotional activities for PS/PK
Work with Accreditation Team on activities that align with NAEYC accreditation
Review, edit and provide content feedback on curriculum resources be written by Education Team
Present plan to align the Education Value Prop with some NAEYC accreditation metrics that have been elusive to date.
Attend various meetings with department
Build relationship with a Mentor
Weekly department job shadows with group of Interns
Assigned end of Internship project related to summer responsibilities
Provide feedback on their experience
A final evaluation will be completed on the Intern's performance
