Responsibilities and Requirements of the role:
As a Jr. Field Sales Manager, you will achieve WABCO sales targets and individual targets which are set in agreement with his/her team leader. Be a liaison between internal divisions and fleet customers. Develop close customer contact and relationships with fleets in the respective territory. Contribute his/her market knowledge about customer needs, trends and competitor information to the team. Give customers premium customer service. This will be the basis for profitable growth in his/her market responsibility. RESPONSIBILITIES
Build sales and margin in assigned market
Implement campaigns and projects in the decided time frame
Initiate and participate in customer events
Provide premium customer service (information, support, training etc.)
Solve customer problems (customized solutions)
Build up a very good customer relationship with fleet customers
Provide internal support for other team members.
Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to develop sales strategies to increase content at fleet customers
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Related Field preferred
Experience in the heavy truck industry and/or automotive market (>2 years) preferred
Experience with commercial heavy truck fleets preferred
PC skills (Microsoft Office + PowerPoint) preferred
Good understanding of the local market preferred
Good communicator at all levels preferred
Good presentation skills preferred
