MRM is seeking a Project Manager. We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, eager to learn about and enhance their Project Management abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned. Work with the project team and be actively involved in all aspects of the work
- Ability to create a scope of work - requirement management, preparation and maintenance of business cases, and evaluation of alternative methods to learn from the past to improve delivery; project scope control, baseline change management
- Lead and take responsibility for the identification and analysis of internal and external stakeholders and their impact on the project
- Lead straight-forward projects and develops to handle increasing complexity (low-medium)
- Responsible for developing and managing the project plan and working with discipline leads and project teams to execute strategies and estimating for project activities, including how they can be quality assessed
- Manage schedules, budgets (if applicable), assets, and overall project organization ensures requirements and project deliverables dates are communicated, understood, and executed
- Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across the project(s) based on the scope of work and project goals
- Communicate and document project status
- Dependent upon the size and complexity of a project, define and apply a recognized process to manage change projects.
- Make effective decisions in the interests of a range of stakeholders about change requests.
- Actively monitor project risks, and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
- Handle change within different project management methodologies.
- Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Interact and collaborate knowledgeably with clients and partners
- Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
- Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
- Learning best practices for SEO, analytics, and UX
- Partner with project team leads to present work
Assignment Specific Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of project documentation, including the scope of work, collecting functional, creative, and business requirements, bug reports, and knowledge transfer to project stakeholder
- Develop, maintain and review weekly/monthly smartsheet dashboards and reports
- Assist with the discovery, development, implementation, and management of the project plan
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the project from initiation through discovery, design, development, and testing
- Communicate status of projects to the team and client regularly
- Manage projects through Jira from initiation through testing
Qualifications:

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience desired.
- 5 -2 years of project management or operations experience within professional work environments (with heavy volume as a bonus)
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once
- A self-starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical, Travel & Other Requirements:
- Occasional travel as needed within 25 miles.
