Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Director of Project Management and Business Analysis provides leadership and advice in the areas of information technology, planning and budget, and employee development for the Financial Services Division. The Director serves as a member of the Financial Services Leadership Team (FSLT), and collaborates with the team, staff and other stakeholders to lead all Financial Service Division technology related projects. The position is responsible for leveraging technology systems to maximize external and internal customer services, streamline transactional processing, and financial reporting for the division. In conjunction with the Information Technical Services Division, the position will organize employee teams, gather business requirements and maintain documentation necessary for the successful development, testing and deployment of enterprise system enhancements and new implementations.
