A Building Maintenance Mechanic II, under the general supervision of the Director of Public Works or designee, performs skilled and semi-skilled duties related to the maintenance of County buildings and facilities. An employee in this class performs repair, alteration, modernization and preventive maintenance duties in heating and air-conditioning, plumbing and fixtures, electrical, office furniture, carpentry, masonry, plastering, painting, and performs other related duties as assigned.
