Kelly Services is now hiring an Office Manager to work for a company located in Dexter, MI.
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity that includes full benefits: Healthcare, Vision, Dental, 401k + company match and potential bonuses!
Salary based on experience: $40-$50K
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Required Skills:
Proficient in Excel -Pivot Tables, V lookup, data mining. Office Microsoft Suite-Word, Powerpoint & Outlook

Job Overview:
Small Company looking for an Admin/Office Manager to support their Dexter location.

Excellent phone demeanor - will be communicating with other locations, supporting the larger HQ and working with the off-site team.
Professional and able to effectively communicate both verbally & written
Confidentiality experience as will be privy to HR information
Duties:
General Office - Answer Phones, Mail, Fed Ex, Bank Deposits, Running Reports for vendor commission, New Item set-up, System Inventory, Order tracking, Presentations, Ordering Marketing Material-track and follow up, Event/Show set-up paperwork, Catalog mailings to customers, Item quotes to customers, Credit authorizations.
Will be working alone at times - needs to be able to work without supervision - self-disciplined.
Maintain Office, Logs petty cash and vacation tracking
