Description:
Days = 6am - 2pm
Works alot of Saturdays
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare machines for mask making assembly.
· Operate mask making assembly machines per instructions.
· Load materials into assembly machines.
· Make adjustments to properly align parts in the machines as necessary.
· Clear jams and inspect finished products.
· Organize and package all completed product to be transported.
· Basic troubleshooting on automated equipment.
· Ensure quality of product and escalate issues when observed.
· Assist in maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the plant, including
housekeeping on assigned machines.
Top Skills Details:
Must have:
-1+ year manufacturing experience
-Must be able to use a microscope to inspect parts
- self-motivated, attention to detail and willingness to learn and advance in a fast paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
-General understanding of manufacturing procedures and operations, including ability to use tools as necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, contractors and supervisors.
-Attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to multi-task.
-Ability to operate independently and in a fast paced manner.
-Will need to stand for prolonged periods of times to perform tasks.
