Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY

Mortgage Pre-Processing / Disclosures ensures the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by Mortgage Lenders.

RESONSIBILITIES

Monitor pipeline for loans requiring Initial/Re-Disclosures to ensure loans are handled within regulatory timelines.

Review loans to verify data accuracy based on guidelines for specific loan types.

Complete Initial Disclosure packages ensuring that all pertinent documents are included.

Mail or E-disclosure all packages to borrowers.

Review all loans triggered as Change of Circumstance to ensure timely and accurate re-disclosure.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required

1 - 3 Years Experience in Function

1 - 3 Years Experience in Industry

Knowledge of conventional and/or government guidelines preferred.

Working experience in mortgage loan origination systems preferred.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Professional and courteous.

Excellent organization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Proven ability to define needs, analyze, and solve problems.
